"We are not a club that sells its best players."

Pirlo, Tevez, Vidal. Who is next? Buffon, Pogba? Next summer Morata?

If Vidal leaves I will never ever believe anything said from the board!!
Pirlo was getting past it, as unthinkable as that might be, whilst also slowing down our play in the middle hugely. Tevez said from the day he joined that one day he would like to finish his career at Boca, and he rightly wanted to do it whilst he is still considered one of the best players around, not when he is 35/36 and past it.

Let's be honest here, Vidal has not been the same player since his knee surgery. Playing at the World Cup immediately didn't help matters for him, and then playing a long season with us and the Copa America too. Now if he had this summer off to properly relax and recuperate I would be pissed by this news, but with a fee of €40m floating around that is a pretty decent sum to say the least. I know there is a high chance he could become a beast once again if he moved, but we could use that money to purchase a really good AM or LB (or both, fingers crossed). We still have an abundance of strength in the middle, providing Asamoah is used centrally if Vidal leaves. And I for one am excited about Sturaro. Looks like a real coup for us

Chirico is convinced this time he is gone. Says we think he has given his best and that he has peaked basically. Add that to the injuries, the copa America crash etc. We aren't dismantling a team, nor are we over winning. Says there will be big news in the next few days and to have faith.

We will see I guess.

Honestly Vidal has been a great warrior for the club and has given his all, but if Marotta really thinks that than considering he has been right on his judgement of players I think it would be the best time to let him go. Vidal has been amazing for the team but he with the way that Vidal plays, his injury history, and his off the pitch behavior its likely that his value won't rise much after this season, so if Marotta is right about him peaking then this would be the right time to sell. Also a midfield trident of Khedira-Marchisio-Pogba is could be just as good if not better than MVP could have been depending on how Khedira pans out. Add the fact that Sturaro and Pererya will most likely develop next season we can have a much stronger midfield next season. Also if we add Gotze or Ozil our midfield will definitely be allot stronger and overall the team will be younger with allot of potential. I think Marotta wants the newlook Juve to have more flair.

We aren't doomed , we''ll still be top in Italy, but we have to accept the reality.

We won't challenge the elite sides consistently. We can't compete with them financially.

It's going to be worse next yr with EPL taking our best players.
We won't win the scudetto this season. Too much chopping and changing, we are pretty much starting over in attack and now even in midfield. Inter has just as good a shot at the title now if not a more,

Vidal just changed his twitter pic from him in a chile jersey, back to him at the juve scudetto ceremony. Just saying
The last goodbye.

We will be fine.

We managed to do fine with Vidal in horrible form and recovering from injury. Vidal is a great player and the typical Juve grinta destroyer but we will cope without if necessary. Yes it sucks if this ends up true but the team will be fine.

I can understand the sadness of losing him because he is such a joy to watch. I guess we will have to deal with the drama here until we see what Marotta does.

But I can promise you for some here there will be nothing Marotta can do to justify it. It will never be good enough if you go by some peoples opinions here.
One of the dumbest moves in the history of the club and you can't see it. Wow.

Sturaro is not a coup. He will be no better or worse eventually than the likes of Blasi, Nocerino etc. the only hope here is Asa moves to the middle and beasts there, or at least offers a solid defensive output. Everything else is down the gutter.

Tevez was right. There was a big surprise coming our way  Not much bigger than Vidal being sold.

Getting Sandro could mean Asamoah moving back to CM. :boh:

No one will convince me that we aren't prepared for next season with Pogba, Khedira, Asamoah, Sturaro, Pereyra, and Marchisio.

Still stacked. Losing Vidal but adding Asamoah fills that defensive void.
Yes but surely we will have Evra healthy as a rock for a whole season without any injuries because he is just 34 years and he will avoid yellows. So we are fine at that position.

Özil/Götze/Oscar/Isco

Otherwise the beppe thread will be put on fire the next few days.

A big name has to replaced by a big name.We can't keep going for prospects like Draxler anymore.Simple as.
