I think the question that has to be asked, and has not been answered, at least not for a while, is this.

Why would Vidal want to go to Bayern, when he has built his career here, is absolutely adored by the fans, and he himself has stated that he hopes to be at Juve for a long time?

Also, if , and this is a BIG if, Juve actually initiated this, why would they limit themselves to just dealing with one club? Surely a player like Vidal would entice a legitimate bidding war.

But he isnt going. Just another load of media bull$#@! on a slow news week

70mil+Gotze for Pogba i wouldnt mind
While I agree, I also think we shouldn't be so arrogant as to think that we'd hold all of our favorite players for forever. Modern football is different than the old ways. Maybe we've been out of the top so long, we didn't get the memo. Unless you're insanely rich, holding onto your players forever isn't realistic. It isn't. Look across Europe and you see that holding and hording talent for forever just doesn't happen.

Also, I trust Marotta. He has said he won't sell unless the player wants to leave. We're not a selling club. So if Vidal is close to Bayern, then its of his own making. And if Vidal leaves for Bayern, its of his own making. Taking those funds and improving our squad and getting a top player is the expectation afterwards.

But, seriously, do you think Juve and Marotta went to Bayern and offered Vidal? Do you think he agreeing to terms with Bayern at 6.5m came out of nowhere? If he was loyal to Juve first and foremost, when Bayern came calling, how did he agree to terms? He'd say, "Nope, Juve for life" and move on.

But in the end, let's wait until something is final.

Exactly.

Juve did not initiate this. There is no reason to sell him. And if the rumors are true that he actually agreed to terms prior to the tow clubs doing so, then it was obvious who initiated this deal.

The only question left would be why would he do that.

You my friend have a point, I don't think he would leave us for bayern (our squad is way stronger than theirs). If he wants to stay and we do not want to sell which I believe, we should be setting a ridiculously price tag, per say 50m plus Gotze. However we could be wrong and he just might wanna go to bayern, yet it has to be for the RIGHT PRICE.

only one

exactly

no you GTFO

There's no offer to got his out of Turin if he doesent want out
They are cumulative conditions, need all 3 to get this done. Player pushing out + 45M + lining up a good AM before closing the deal.

If any of these conditions isn't fulfilled he definitely shouldn't be sold.
