Is not that simple. Theres the doctors who are the ones who give the green light.... but in the end is a teamwork, its just that the one who says the final go in the coach. he should have realized that Vidal´s knee was fuked... but like i said before, hindsight is a bish.
His only mistake was to use him in serie A when we had the league in our pockets and difficult EL games were coming...but apart from that , it was difficult to judge.

It actually is that simple. Conte and Juve doctors gets paid alot of money for it, its their job. You can read this thread and see what every Juve fan saw - Vidal was being overplayed during march and april when the scudetto was already in the bag and he was injured. Conte and Juventus didn't take proper care of the player, he had to have surgery, played the WC without recovering fully and is right now going through terrible form. Vidal's terrible form is responsability of Conte and Juventus, and lets add Chile's NT. Bad doctors, bad decisions. They fucked the player over. If he never recovers his form, its their fault. If Juve have to sell him for 10 m euro, its their fault.

Whats the problem with saying the things the way they are? Are you Conte's nephew or something? Everyone on this forum saw it. Fans were asking for him to be rested. He was the teams best player, had played alot, the WC was coming up. The player and his knee needed to rest. I said all of this in May. So don't start with the hindsight bullshit.

sometimes there is a fine line between being able to play and not to play and the player himself needs to evaluate his situation. Scans and tests can only show so much, if Vidal was in pain or knew his knee wasn't right then he should have also been involved with the decision. Now most players just want to play...and then being in a WC, of course he wouldn't want to miss out on that.

BUT, clearly he should have been operated on earlier, and clearly he shouldn't have played in that WC.

correct!!! any does anyone remember LVG quoting that Vidal's knee injury was a concern and he wouldn't budge on upping the price? Just thought of that today...LVG and someone else from united said that there was a limit was Vidal's recovery and injury that he had would probably not see him play as well as he did previously.

I don't agree with the way Conte dealt with Vidal's injury situation, forcing him to play so many somewhat "meaningless" games in Serie A, when he should have been getting rest and not fucking his knee up further, but at the end of the day he is a JUVENTUS player and is a paid employee of the club. The club at the end of the day does what they think is best for him.
Fairly simple.

We pay his wages: our interests > Chile's interests.

That definitely was being said at the time. But just like almost all transfer nonsense out there, we really don't have any way to assess if there's any truth to it.

Your problem is that you want to omit Chile´s NT and even Vidal himself from being guilty on this. You throw all the balme on Conte and defend your point saying that "he had to play! it was a world cup!!". Well this are the results.
Wolrd cup is special, but not to the point of risking your whole career. He had to be less passionate about it and at the very least not play those friendlies from beggining to end. he was going to play in the WC anyways... but Chile over did it.

Everyone fuked up, including your people. Theres no 2 ways about it.
