Niz

It's hectic. Working full time now until Sept. 12, and then I have to write my master thesis fast as hell. Have to hand it in on Nov. 25th.

Can't fucking wait until all of this is over. On the same day that I hand in my thesis, I'm gonna go to Colombia and stay there for a month! That's my silver lining.

How are things with you? We should better take this shit to pm :D
I start mine in Januari, reading this makes me not really look forward to it :D

I fail to see why Vidal would want to go to ManU. That team is a shambles right now, they don't have CL football, the climate sucks in Manchester, the culture sucks, the food sucks...

Regardless of whether we have no chance to win the CL, there's a good chance we make QFs, and Vidal gets to at least play in the last 8 in Europe if he stays here. I can't see him moving to United this year, without CL football. He's not 24 anymore, he's one of the best MFs on the planet, and he only has so many years left at the top. Now, if Madrid came calling, I'd think he'd be gone, for a ridiculous fee.

I could see him leaving next summer, but this summer, and to ManU, who just lost to Swansea at home to open the season, and aren't in the CL... I just can't see Vidal leaving for that this summer. He'd be better off staying here on more year, playing in the CL, having a great year, proving his knee is much better and if he wants to leave next summer, so be it, the options shall still be there.

The thing is that even the money aren't that much more than he get here.People are just mentionig numbers like 12 mil or something. But that amount are before taxes. After the taxes are paid he will get 1 mil.more than here.Is it worthed for him?I don't think so.

Why wait? So he can get another Serie A medal? We don't even have Conte anymore and Rona got stronger so there's a chance we don't win this year. Joining United means he joins a project.

And seriously, can people stop acting like United is Tottenham?
Aah, the project. Obviously it is so much better at United :not:.

He's got CL here, a professional footballer wants too test himself at the highest level and that's the CL. So far the project of United is nowhere to be seen and it's not at all a certainty they'll even qualify for the CL next season.

Very true. I mean, I believe they will, but. The competition in the upper half of the Premier League table is fierce, and I wouldn't be surprised to see 4 other teams finish ahead of United this season. You have the likes of Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal who will fight for the top 3 places, so Man United would have to finish above Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton to get the 4th place. They may just do that, but it's by no means a certainty.
