Vidal is completely drained of all energy because of this formation, he has to attack with the team then cover the wing area's for when they have the ball. The guy is doing so much running every game and is barely getting a rest.

The only players in our formation who would have a legitimate claim about being worked more than other players are our wingbacks, who basically cover the entire flanks all game long.

He said that his knee is swollen and that he's playing in a lot of pain, and that those 10 days of rest weren't helpful for that.

That when he kicks the ball he feels a lot of pain and this is preventing him to play well.

I have liquid in my knee, it gives me a lot of pain and suffering, makes me feel really bad and I can't shoot the ball. I had 10 days to rest but the pain has not gone away. Udinese? We'll see how it evolves. It all started in the match against Fiorentina. I had a bad position with the knee. I feel a lot of pain and this doesn't allow me to play well. I have a bit of liquid that worries me, we have treated it but the problem remains. I definitely wasn't subbed for tireness. Udinese? We'll see, we'll work. My will is to try, let's see how it goes. My intention is to beat the friulani and get the title ASAP.

Tough decision for a player. If he doesn't play he has to wait another 4 years. If he plays he will be playing crippled and could cop a long term injury.

Something is going on and shuld be treated asap..but with the world cup arund the corner... im pretty sure Vidal will go beyond his limits and this could be an incoming injury.
