isnt that a good thing. to have more goals as a CM than some wingers strikers...

and i believe he is among the top in assists and defensive plays too

Yeah Vidal is the best midfielder atm for me, he is insanely complete. And excells at almost everything.

As opposed to some top 'creative' midfielders who ghost through games and offer nothing offensively, or b2b mids who aren't as good as him defensively and definitely not better offensively.

Then you have Yaya Toure who's great in attack but really bad defensively.

I think Vidal edges Yaya Toure in every aspect of the game. Yaya has those making shots and runs but Vidal just is more complete and offers alot more

true. the only players that are comparable to vidal in terms of quality and importance to their team are Iniesta and Schweinsteiger. Iniesta is a true genius and Schweinsteiger is the mastermind in Bayerns midfield and also does good in defense. but in my opinion, Vidal is better than even those two...
