I know. You are not going to see me disputing that. However, the guy covers so much ground, has so much heart and fight, that when he does make certain errors, you can't help but forgive him given his overall contribution. After all, without him, we wouldn't even have stood a chance of pushing the game into extra time.

Yeah, don't see that logic.

I see Poli as Juve realising they need a fifth good midfield option.

Just now they only have Pogba as strong backup before you're bringing in players who are a significant drop in quality.

Having Marchisio-Pirlo-Vidal starting with Pogba and Poli ready to step in would be a very strong group of midfielders.
ranieri would be proud

Topscorer of the team with 10 goals (same as Gio and Quag), top assistman with 7 assists, the one who makes most fouls (43), the one who has the most yellow cards 11 (same as Bonucci), and by far the best tackler (68 won tackles). He fights, he scores, he creates. Not very consistent, but I'd name him Juve's player of the season so far.
Is it ok to say he's better than Marchisio yet?

Superb pass to Matri for the goal.

I thought defensively he wasn't as good today as normal.

Is he a booking away from a ban? Or maybe just tired after midweek?
