I just think that if he was 32 year old he wouldn't be getting so much praise, and because player of the season is judged not on potential but on the current performence he doesn't deserve top 3.

Of course he wouldn't be getting the same praise, it's amazing that a 19 year old midfielder in his first season at the club has made such an impact.
