I agree with you, I love the guy and i think he's doing a great job, but i expect him to be world class in order to be satisfied fully by his performance.

He has been decent, but very rarely anything more. But considering this is his first season in a league that is basically the complete opposite of the one he played in last season, I'd say the signs are very, very promising.
Besides, apart from Milan this weekend & away to Roma, he was never completely outplayed imo.
