There's a difference signing a world class player like Aguero and Vidal, you do know? Actually Marotta hasn't signed a world class player for us in 3 mercatos.

The coach should have a bigger say in player transfers than the sporting director anyway, so if Conte wanted him this badly (enough to give up on Inler), then good for him to speak his word.

well but it's still a very good deal... obviously he made some questionable moves but the vidal-deal doesn't become any worse just because he bought pepe for 10mio...

it just looks like some people will stick it to marotta forever for every bad move and if he makes a good one they basically ignore it and keep sticking
