Thats not true, unlike Sissoko who despite being a good destroyer at some point in his career, was never much of a footballer, Tiote is decent enough as a footballer.

I don't know, players develop, they improve. Like i said, i have no idea how he did in Holland, i'll take your word for it though. But in England he had a very good season with Newcastle, and deservedly attracted interest from bigger clubs. That being said, he might be another Wilson Palacios for all we know.
