He's kinda like Rovella - small mofo who moves around a lot and has good passing/ball distribution. You could call him a regista or a holding/defensive mid.

He played under Fonseca a lot it seems, Mou completely rejected him which is weird.

I smell desperation tbh. Yes, I believe he'd be useful to us, he's calm on the ball and distributes it better than all our mids except Locatelli. However, if we really want this kind of profile, why not take back Rovella? I'd let Roma have Arthur as long as they take over his full salary.
