I wouldnt call a certain formation better than another as there are players characteristics and the interpretation of the tactic.
Gasp plays 3-4-1-2 from what I have seen but its very different than others who play the same formation.

I was referring to cunte's departure at Juve, clearly marotta was a catalyst to his decision then just as it is now at inter. Whether marotta has brought him the players he wanted is another argument.
