Conte essentially wants the best players and equally adept club and background staff. Not easily achievable, but I have to admit the chinese are making real strides at Inter. What hits Conte personally is that Juve atm show how insignificant a manager can be. Don't get me wrong the guy must be in line with club values and vision, but he is just a cog in a huge machine.

Conte has to relax a bit and look at the bigger picture. Stop expressing furstration in front of everyone, unless you want your chairman and players doing the same. He is backed at Inter, would have a much better squad next year and the club consults him on all matters. Well, they aren't RM, but he ain't Zidane.

It's more club culture than him. He did well everywhere else esp in first seasons.

Trap and Lippi failed there too.

He quickly changed back our short lived 7th place culture.

At inte*, he and Marotta need a decade to have any hope of changing century old pazza inte*.

Lets face it, Cunte is nothing but a rich man's Ranieri, good at organising teams, instilling a simple effective short term mentality, but it's never going to win long term.
