The same exact support Luigi Del Neri had. What a retarded comment.

Conte is the reason a lot of you childish fake fans are back in these forums cheering on Juve. He is almost the sole reason. Put any coach in his place in that 2011/12 season, and we would not have won that title. Not mentioning breaking all Serie A records the following seasons.

Stop embarrassing yourselves acting like Interisti and pay some respect to a man who served and captained this club as a player and a manager.
Great post, this man knows his stuff.

Look at all these faux fans in this place.

City is the easiest job, which is obviously why Pep chose them over United and Chelsea. Hope they dont qualify for CL and then he again fails to finish in top 4 next season
He's the one that has the least to prove so he gets the best proyect available. I mean after Mou's disaster with Chelsea, and Conte relly didn't proved much in Europe, he did at the Serie A but this legue is widely undervalued; and tbh he hasn't been THAT great with Italy.

City has huge question marks at CB, FB, CM and even up front with Aguero's injury problems.

But yeah I agree they do have the strongest squad on paper.
Yeah I wanted to point those weakness too but it would go against my argument :D his midfield isn't bad at all IMO, but it's not Guardiolesque so he may look to add some key pieces there. Kompany, Otomendi and Mangala aren't a bad group to work with, but it could be better, I agree. Kolarov and Zabaleta are good but old, Clichy and Sagna are nothing to brag; but look at what he's doing at Bayern, there he has Lahm and Alaba, but prefers to use them at CM or CB  so, he works in weird ways :D he may find his way around those holes.

i want you to write a 1500 word hist-essay about people who read goal.com comments.

:snoop:
The comments on Goal.com can be classified into two main categories. On-topic (about 30% of comments) and off-topic (about 70% of comments).

Those on topic can be classified into two further sub-categories: Poor grammar banter relevant to the article (90% of on-topic) and analysis (10%). Amongst the banter there is always one fella who will say that its pointless to fight and compare players.. and will urge the rest to just enjoy football and appreciate both sides.
On the rare occasion where the is a good analysis there will be someone that points out how its rare to find a decent post on goal.com.

Those off-topic can be divided into 4 sub-categories. The most annoying are the "my stepmother works from home and bought herself a ferrari. She earns 1k a day go to mystepmom.com. Thats about 20% of the off-topic.
The second sub-category of offtopic is the transformation of the discussion into Messi Vs Ronaldo and they have to use stupid nicknames like Penaldo and Taxessi to refer to the players. There will also be incomplete lists of records that each player achieved. Here again the fella who says we should enjoy both will make an appearance. Thats about 50% of the off-topic. Another 10% are those complaining about the Messi and Ronaldo discussion and how it has nothing to do with. The final subcategory (about 20%) are rakib-style posts with formations and transfers that are irrelevant to the discussion.

Now.. what can we say about those who read goal.com comments? I think there are three types of people that view the comments. One type is those who actually post on goal.com regularly. They have very little understanding of the game and are there primarily for the banter and trolling which they are poor at that too. Some try to actually be famous on the site. The only thing we can say about them is that they are sad kids with a lot of time on their hands.

Another type are those who read the comments even though they know they shouldn't and that nothing good will come of it. They somehow can't help themselves and they scroll down and see whats being written. Occasionally they will see something written that is so wrong and stupid that they have to post a response. They either have a lot of time on their hand or they get use goal as a distraction from doing their actual work. They are sadistic people. They know the comments will only be annoying and they know that if they respond nothing will come of it. The idiots will keep thinking what they are thinking and its very unlikely that they will check to see whether there was a response to them or not. It is an exercise of nihilist futility.

Finally, there those who read the comments only after games that have shocking results and they want to see meltdowns or to see how the public is reacting. They are not futile nihilists like the former group but they take pleasure in the misery of others especially if it was rival fans. Our friend here is a mix of the latter two personality types :D

Your welcome :D

You read the comments on goal :disagree:
That was the first one. I wanted to see what Chelsea 'fans' think of Conte and suddenly now he's good :D Before he was bashed for his European record.

As for goal itself, yeah I was too lazy to look for their forum. Besides I only enjoy reading milanese forums as they provide a lot of lol worthy comments. Others are just boring :D

Has Conte learned the English language yet? Or is he going to raid the Serie A so hard the majority of Chelsea next year will know the Italian language and the remainder will have to learn Italian?

You thread banned him? Not cool, IMO. By this logic, Cronios should be banned from any football related topic he posts in.

- - - Updated - - -

There is still a train of thought amongst people on this forum that our 11/12 squad was terrible/mediocre at that Milan's was better.

Raz is awesome in this thread. :D
And it seems that he's been thread banned, which is total bullshit too. I was looking forward to seeing more disgust from him.

Me and you can now hold the fort :D

I dont understand

People are happy we have a better coach in Allegri now but still hold grudges against Conte in the way he left ? Dont we have a better solution now anyway ? Really,i thought it would've been long forgotten since we have a coach currently who is enabling us to compete with top teams.

I feel it's the minority that will always hold grudges for whatever reason. Most people are totally fine with Conte nowadays.
