Ill be sincere. Yes, they are justified. If we want to compete in the CL we need new players. Thats for sure.

But his ways is what im not in agreement with. I dont know what his demands are, but if they are beyond the sanchezes and Nanis, then yeh, he needs to reconsider his position in this club.

If he is really convinced that he cannot take this team further with his knowledge and the potential players we can get, then he needs to move on, because theres a clear lack of understanding between what the Juve board think and what he thinks.

My worry is that this can potentially take us a step or two backwards, depending on who will take his place. The positive is that maybe we will find someone capable like Ancelotti, who would cruise this league with our actual team, and would give us a nice run in the CL with different ideas.

But im just dreaming here. Bar simeone, Montella, and other handful of coaches...all the rest are a potential step backwrd
:agree: .This is what i fear the most .If conte was crucified for his performances in europe and we go on to hire someone like mancini who could not do shit with all the money with city ,i would say its foolish. In a league where teams anyway dont have the money to compete in europe , we have a decent team+coach why risk it .Its not as if a new coach would be given 100m to spend .

A decent investment in the Summer would probably improve us, and keep us in a great position long-term.

If Conte leaves, things could go badly wrong and retaining the league could become a struggle, never mind Europe because that's out of the question if we buy a couple of bench players and call it a day.

My concern also.He was also close with the players.Determined and dedicated. We will be screwed without him. That prick Mancini,Mazzari,Spaletti whoever. And I can't believe that the board is acting like this. What we will do.Become a Juve of a post calciopolli era? That's the only way how that prick Garcia can beat us.He reestablished that winning and, mostly known Juve mentality.

Signing some mediocre coach will convince me that our board have no further ambition. More so, if we end up not winning the Scudetto next season with a significantly lower point tally because we refused to invest, then the upper management are at the wrong club.

This is the squad conte started with . Interesting to see that in 3 years the only players of high quality that were added were pogba , asamoah, tevez and llorente .

This is my real worry. He has this juve group in his hands. Taming players like tevez and Osvaldo, and keeping everyone happy is something not much coaches can do.

Sadly i think his man management skills are waaay too good in comparison with his tactical prowess. Thats my gripe with Conte.

But if geting a new coach means that strong personalities like Tevez, Pogba, Quags and Osvaldo will go rampant and start screaming at each other every match... then yeh.. i fear for this team.

We need a really capable coach if he goes..... no mancinis or spalettis.... we need a top dude. But how?

I think Conte is actually holding the club to ransom here. I agree that he has ambitions for Europe, sure. But it's kind of unfair to put that on the expectations of fans. I think any fan in their right mind would expect Juve to put up a better showing in Europe. Not necessarily win it.

He doesn't want to go through the stresses of building the team for Europe, which is going to take time. He's not going to win it as easily as he has won the serie a. But how are you expecting Agnelli and Marrotta to pull shit out of their asses and give you a team ready to compete for Europe (if there's any truth in the kind of names on his list) You gotta build that stuff over time. Piece by piece.

I accept that the team has grown faster than it was scheduled to, but right now I think Conte believes he's grown faster as a coach than the club had in Europe. Huge mistake. He maybe out of his depth anywhere else, where the expectations won't be any less. Sure, the money won't be any less either, but it's one thing to get the players and another to win it. If he fails where he goes next, a high profile failure will undo all the work hes done here at Juve. I'm personally of the opinion that he doesn't want to lose the pedestal hes created domestically, while the team is trying to win silverware in Europe. His motivation for serie a is done. But how retarded would it be to throw away a chance to build a legacy at the club you love?

Anyway, good luck to him. It's almost certain the relationship is over.

Absolutely true.Unfortunately ,first of all as you know you can't find a good manager whenever you want.Second, our board does not want to pay much. But Conte is no Venger (he is better than him) to accept that 100-200.000 eur.transfers and to resale them and to win nothing. We are in big shit.If he leaves ,we will see what are the real intentions of this management at once.

He made a mistake definitely with all these talks to the media. At this point I'm inclined to believe that Agnelli will end it as Antonio has showed lack of respect to the club. Some things should stay internal and sorted out that way. He can't spill his guts to the media at the end of each season and blackmail mgt. He achieved tremendous results in the past 3 years and his name will never be forgotten among Juventini, but he needs to learn to control his emotions, as he tends to show these at a wrong place and media tabloids could be certainly qualified as such.

Yea, kinda like he didn't want the fans to turn against him when he decides to announce he's moving to greener pastures. Putting it on the club as the reason for his departure, when in reality, he perhaps doesn't want to align his ambitions in step with the club who I'm sure are not dumb enough to not want to keep up, even if it may not be possible to deliver a laundry list of world class players in one summer. But if we don't buy at least 2 this summer then I'd consider this club out of its depth in Europe.

I actually want Agnelli to fire Conte and hire Mazzari just to see the reaction of the tuz. I'm willing to bet that would be the biggest, most devastating meltdown in forum history.

Then rehire Conte one day later. Fuck Mazzari, I wouldn't want him anywhere near the club seriously.

If he goes, the club cannot settle for some run of the mill Serie A coach (Allegri, Spalletti etc). It has to be a winner, someone who has competed in the latter stages of the CL.

tbh seeing the hand of conte recently i wont be too sad he will go as i expect a good coach worth his salt would have a drastically different way of doing things..we might be champions but we play pretty average ball...less than average considering we're thought to be a 'top team'.....yea he may not have the players wrapped round his finger like conte but i expect the players to show their true professionalism..

its on the club to do a proper search for a good coach...DD, Montella, Heynckes (im sure we can draw him out for our project) the only possibilities for me..cannot think of anyone else right now..

somehow i think marotta n agnelli feel the team has grown enough to make it without conte and with a coach of their choosing if conte doesnt acccept the squad/financial limitations they want to put on him
