Why would we need an am or a winger if we are to continue a 3-5-2?
Just for better depth and options during games.

Also a creative AM could be useful when Pirlo isn't playing.

Lol why does a 4-3-3 Limit Vidal?

This is a gigantic myth. 4-2-3-1, yes. 4-3-3 No.
In a 433, you need one fixed DM and also a CM who stays put, centralized. You can't have one DM and to box-to-box CMs. Middle would be empty. U need 2 guys to cover the middle.

So Pogba and Vidal wouldn't be allowed to advance as much as they want when having the ball, what would be pitiful.

An AM would give the 3-5-2 a different look when attacking. Which could be useful especially when teams are starting to figure out Juve's conventional set up.

Capello shouldn't have complaint about Conte taking off the player rest day. Every coach has their way to train players. But he is spot on about the league being weak, which is a know fact he been harping along for some time.
Capello Juve was a machine, it steam rolled everyone while the league was still very much competitive. But I think it was the most boring Juventus championship winning team i can remember.

In Defense to Capello, if there was no Calciopoli the team wont be disbanded , and who knows what might have gone the season after, especially when we had so much players in the 2006 WC finals.

Would Conte's CV be as good as Capello's ,only time will tell.

fuck Capello... hated his time here... even winning didn't give much joy (except Del Piero magic against Milan and Inter).

honestly Serie B was more enjoyable than that crap he made us play

Conte has much more potential than Capello as coach. Fabio only went to the biggest teams, bought the best players and that has made his cv look a lot more impressive. Conte is absolutely right when he talks ago Lippi and Trappatoni's teams having more identity.

Like someone said correctly, his biggest achievement as coach has been that scudetto with Roma. Everywhere else, the odds were always in his favor. Conte in his first season, probably outdid that achievement IMO. It's just a matter of him hanging around as coach a few more years to be considered along the likes of Lippi, Ancellotti and Mou. All of whom are notches above Capello.

Conte first season is great, but unless he wins the CL doesn't matter with Juve or another team, no way he is better than Capello CV wise.
Lippi, Ancelotti and Mou all has win the CL.

Except that it's in Italian...
Using google translate, I use chrome so it automatically does the translation.

The Juventus fans can not always say that and they will always say thanks to Antonio Conte. They will tell you and tell him thanks for what he has been able to do in these three years, they will tell you why and thanks' always in the front row, they will tell you thanks for what you are doing and will yet do. In short, the words of affection, gratitude, esteem, Conte is not something trivial but true. We have always stood in the front row in good times, in the less beautiful, from the beginning. However, this does not mean always agree with him, because if we were we would be slaves and small headless men. Surely the words of Capello bother, of course, bother us, let alone to those who work daily care, but Capello was right about one thing, that team, that Capello was very strong and the championship was the highest level. That said this and Juventus played better than Capello's side won less in Europe than he could. The reason therefore lies somewhere in between, true that the Italian league and 'difficult but there are fewer samples, but also true that with Nedved, Ibrahimovic, Emerson, etc. Cannavaro. Etc, nine players out of eleven in the final of World Cup Juve has not passed the quarterfinals of the Champions League. For fans, though, do not like these diatribes, Juve were two large and two great coaches, but we point out that Juve have killed her in court without evidence, we would only count in fear of what you do not organize something else for tarnish a team, its just that deserves praise and words of envy and thank you for what you are doing.

“Capello’s sides broke records and their two titles were revoked, but I don’t remember their style of football. I remember Marcello Lippi’s team and even Giovanni Trapattoni's, as they played well, but Capello’s era is famous only for the revocation.
Not quite sure what Conte's point is.

Conte is best known for a match-fixing ban.

Juve are best know for cheating one way or another.
