Stop it.

We give Conte credit when he deserves it. But theres no point in playing n injured vucinic and a tired Pirlo when having a CL game ahead. With Pirlo, well is more sensitive because our midfield sucks outside of our big players... but he had quags to play for vucinic, and decide to burn mirko instead
The players will say they are fit most of the time... and even they can feel fit, but the coach needs to go beyond that and analyze the situation properly.

Conte made mistakes on weeked.
I was being sarcastic. Im not even remotely worried nor ever have been under Conte

Serie a has a bad habbit of not beeing fully ticking compared to other leagues since they start so much later.

Makes sense to let certain key players play as much as you can to get the entirely played in before the CL starts.

Secondly, the Inter game, is massive for the italian fans. Conte knows this

And Vucinic has a good record against Inter.

We also don't know what sort of shape Vucinic was in.

He may have been playing injured or he may just have had an off-day.

He has had the occasional off-day through his career...

An unfit Vucinic, still is the best option agains an strong organised opponent at current time.

At least its not like last winter, when he was playing with an inflammated achillies tendon. THAT was really borderline. But it payed off.

Don't forget about Quag's goal at San Siro last season, as he teed it up in the corner past Handonovic.

I have no problem with 3-5-2. I have a problem with us playing defenders as wingers and not utilizing our big name signing who has scored more than 90 goals in the last 4 seasons.
