A very good article about why Conte should be acquitted by Criscitiello (Director of Tuttomercato web / Editor of Sportitalia)

Sorry for google translate English but it's understandable.

As anticipated in the afternoon, the Director and Editor of Tuttomercatoweb Sportitalia, Michael Criscitiello, in his usual Monday Editorial on TMW, has provided evidence of the innocence of Antonio Conte, in view of the second and third instance. Here is his exclusive: Usually the best ideas will come when the night unable to sleep and you twist and turn it around from one side of the bed. The holidays are, however, to relax, to appreciate the everyday work that you love and think about what you do not back in the days of disarray. I leave this point to write my editorial on Monday Tuttomercatoweb and readers will forgive me if today, and today only, do not talk about transfers. I had the opportunity to read and reread, in these days of sultry heat, the process of sports cards and Rome, as did buildings, so I'll stop Antonio Conte. If the process is that the media is way down. We should not defend a person or a team, you have to go into detail for the sake of truth. Waiting for the second and third degree, lawyers Juventus coach will be able to defend his client at their convenience, because there is room for a full acquittal. We start from the acquittals of Bonucci and Pepe, the key is right here. The positive outcome of the investigation is mainly due to the fact that it was not trusted the key sorry, Andrea Masiello, guilty of being contradicted in the sequence of questioning more than five times. The contradictions make Masiello suspects Bonucci and Pepe strong in front of the Disciplinary Committee but the Sports Justice, following this procedure, carries a clear difference in treatment, because even the card-Felipe Carobbio are recognized at least three different versions of the episodes occurred in the stories, before taking to the last good version. The Sports Justice is a satellite of Criminal Justice. And here comes another point in favor of Count Antonio. One reason for the absolution of Leonardo Bonucci is as follows: The State Attorney has never investigated Bonucci, is not under investigation by the Prosecutor of Bari and is for this reason that the Disciplinary Committee decides to cancel the request for disqualification of 3 years and 6 months, made by the Head of the Federal prosecutor, Stefano Palazzi. Stop! The prosecution's must fall, for the same reason, Anthony Conte. Juventus coach, in fact, is not under investigation by the Prosecutor of Cremona, as confirmed publicly by the PM Di Martino, Earl was only carried out a search of his home, which, moreover, has not resulted in finding nothing compromising, do not be the place of the State Prosecutor of Cremona. Starting this week, will come into play the lawyer Giulia Bongiorno, an expert in criminal law, sports law less, so expect a defense of general principles and not on the specific facts of Novara and Albinoleffe-Siena-Siena. The principle of the Criminal Trial Process must also apply in Sports "Prohibition of unequal treatment." Case in point demonstrated by absolution of Pepe and Bonucci. As if to say, the best defenders of Earl are his players. We do not expect new evidence because they are not permitted in reviews. From the papers that invade my desk shows another aspect, truthfully, is not clear: several players of Bologna, Bologna, all assisted by Advocate Paco D'Onofrio, a professor of Sports Law at the University of Bologna, were not because results matter even be referred to the criminal investigation. One aspect that would, in itself, the acquittal Antonio Conte is the illogic of the referral that it derives the void. Here's why: because of the Count is not clear to anyone. Is disqualified for failure to report, but the castle is based on the technical meeting accusatory pre-Siena Novara, during which the coach would have told his players that the game had been decided by a draw. 1) If that's the charge Conte should not be disqualified for failure to report unlawful but for sport. 2) There are 7-8 players of that Siena or testify falsely, or tell the truth: that is, the coach there has ever spoken of tie wrote. 3) For failure to report should be referred to all the players of that Siena and, instead, the Tuscan club with 7 offenses he got away with 6 penalty points. The main discrepancy, as stated by the defense lawyer of Novara, Cesare Di Cintio (his speech was appreciated by the Disciplinary Committee), the game would have been combined by the players of two teams and bettors by gypsies. Draw and over, because the point was good for both teams. False! The Novara with that of temporarily lost the third place. The Varese Sannino had a direct confrontation in favor and 4 days before the end, thanks to that 2-2, retained third place after he lost the championship to 40 ^. Missing, then the element of the game more offending. Just as it returns the case Larrondo. The player is initially referred by the Federal Prosecutor's Office for unlawful sport, then decides to negotiate and the offense becomes a simple failure to report. Last note, the famous Count inchioderebbe Novara-Siena. The accusation was based on the coupling of a lot of phone lines to cell Carobbio Bertani and Corso Vercelli to Novara at 11:08 am on the same day. Why Meet in Novara in the morning, calling for the prosecution? Without following a particular sin: all lines are hooked to the cell at that time because of Corso Vercelli Novara-Siena game was played at 12:30 and not 15:00, so the teams were already at the stadium and Corso Vercelli is a parallel Piola stage of Novara. If they do tests on that cell phone Conte also at that time, it will be hooked. Paradoxical ...
In closing, it is right to emphasize a two-speed justice. The Federal Prosecutor's Office says that in order not to leave anything out when the investigation was divided into two phases. Bari and the first issue of Cremona, and, later, Naples, Genoa and the second issue of Cremona. From this program reveals a difference in a few sports that are highlighted. In so doing, Stefano Mauri, Lazio rationed belonging to the second issue of Cremona and already shut down, it can still be judged by the Sports and will regularly start the Serie A 2012-2013. Antonio Conte, not even investigated by the same attorney, but is already disqualified from the Sports Justice.
We could continue with the contradictions and evidence scagionerebbero Antonio Conte, but let his lawyers are pleased to demonstrate the innocence of the one true great scapegoat of "Process Scommessopoli". Pardon, Contopoli.

It is almost if like this whole calciobullshit was just created to fuck of conte... but they just added some guilty players to make it look like they were for real punishing a lot of wrongdoers..... But in the end it was just a charade sponsored by the money of one of our stupid enemies.

Conte and Juventus were the one and only targets from the beggining IMO.

again CdS on our balls with De Lamentiis's face on the front page with an exclusive interview on how Napoli got robbed. :sigh:
First of all, the referee got everything I saw right! The only thing I can't be sure of was Pandev's red, everything else flawless. Second even if he did get it wrong it's not Juve's fault. Third, we shouldn't give a fuck what CdS or ADL says. Fourth, Napoli suck and they know it, just look at their tactical approach. It's just one of those Freudian ego defense maneuvers he is pulling on his brain to block out the clear superiority of Juve for the coming season.

If Conte gets acquitted or the charges drop from those 15 months expect other fans say that we've bought FIGC and that nobody can stop Juventus and BS like that. The damage has already been done.
Bought the FIGC? The same FIGC that put us in Serie B and stripped us of 2 titles? Yeah sure. I guess the best thing would be for Conte not to get acquitted so others won't accuse us of buying the FIGC then? I don't get it...who the fuck cares what other fans will think or say? We can't control any of that. Most of them are just butthurt cause of Juve's success. Stop worrying about...seriously.

Who cares what that bunch of wankers think? When Juve gets screwed by a refereeing decision and we are crying about, does anybody care? Nope. The result is final. Don't give a rat's ass what Moratti and company think.

The damage has been done since 2006.

Anything that goes our way, people will react.

They'll go with the cheating cop-out, just to make themselves feel better and have something to blame.

Fortunately for us, we don't give a shit what those losers think. :weee:
