That's not yet known. He could be banned from all footballing activities. We'll have to wait, for now, but don't get your hopes up.
Well that's the worst case scenario. The worse ban i can handle is 5 months - 1 year (touchline) anything more than that and we are pretty much screwed.

I see a lot of people mentioning Nedved, but does he have a coaching license?
Does it take long to get one. Btw dont even know if he is interested or even a realistic man to take over, i was just suggesting there are a lot of options of an interim coach.

He's Guangzhou's manager.
Fucking chinese :(

I don't think FIFA has the right to intervene. They don't event let the government to intervene with the football federation.

I believe they could send a warning to FIGC to get their shit together or risk being banned from international competitions.
Then fucking send the warning.

Damn, enough is enough.

If he appeals to civil court and it will take time
Does it mean he will be banned untill the verdict?
If it does then what is the logic in appealing to it at all?!
Even if you win you actually lose

This is ridiculous. Guilty until proven innocent is what we are going by here. Whats more ridicolous is fans here who are adament that Conte is guilty. Forza Conte, I admire how he is going to fight on, the system will win, it won in calciopoli it will win now. However fighting all the way to proove oneself innocent is more respectable than taking these cheap bargain pleas to only tarnish your name. Fuck the haters. Forza Conte.

Interesting stuff today.

I didn't expect it to go to trial, but Juve/Conte were left with no choice if Palazzi was pushing for a lengthy ban on the plea bargain.

Might as well fight your corner if you are going to miss this whole season even with a plea bargain.

Juve's lawyers need to stop making any arguments based on points of law or procedure that isn't directly related to the sporting tribunal, because those arguments are highly unlikely to get them anywhere.

They just have to go all out to demonstrate that Carobbio is an unreliable witness.

That's something that shouldn't be terribly difficult to do, but they really are going to have to completely demolish Carobbio to stand any chance of success.

Is there any date pencilled in for Conte's inevitable appeal yet?

The point Buck is trying to make here is that we know next to nothing, and therefore shouldn't jump to conclusions of him being completely innocent. While the only evidence revealed to the public is Carrobio's words, who knows what else is there!

There's no doubt that we all WANT Conte to be innocent in all this. But to state with absolute certainty that Conte is innocent and behave in the same way is just stupid.

I picture Conte testifying and everyone "listening" playing with their Ipads just nodding and not even ilstening to a word he says. Essentially, thats what they did with the 23 player affidavit. They took nothing serious and just said the other guy was more reliable.

Conte & his lawyeres are essentially talking to a wall. What are we to do?
