How do you know about FIGC's ruling in this case? Is it your opinion or you have a source for that?
I don't know FIGC's ruling. No one does as they have not made a ruling yet. A ruling is what Juventus and Conte's lawyers are trying to avoid. It is not my opinion, I'm just stating the facts as I know them to be right now.
Again, I did an in-depth post about all this a page or two back and won't re-type it all. If you have a moment, look into it. At this point, the defendants, including Conte, put in Plea Bargain proposals that includes a 'ban' that is of their terms, and that of which allows them to train the team. This is not be confused with a 'real official ban' which is defined, obviously differently, by FIGC Rules, which is in compliance with FIFA Ethics Rules.
This '
ban' of 3 months which allows Conte to train the team is part of a plea bargain that is of Conte's terms (and previously assumed to have been agreed to by the prosecutors). This is not an 'official ban' as defined by the FIGC or in any way a part of their definition of the term and sentencing of a Ban. According to FIFA and FIGC's rules the coach or player cannot take part “in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level for a defined period". That is why Juventus and Conte's lawyers want to avoid a trial so as not to be in danger of any length of a ban that excludes him totally from the club in every way.
