At second, the laws are the same for every team - Juventus or Juve Stabia, you can't cheat etc.
At third, if your team is sending 5-6 players to national team it's not giving you permission to cheat or break the law, do you understand it? no matter what impact ur players are giving to NT
Juventus didn't cheat in any way.

This has everything to do with Juventus. If Conte was coaching another Italian team the FIGC wouldn't be fucking with him.
I don't think so

I haven't been able to find anything to give real clarity on what a ban actually means.

I imagine if it is a ban in a plea bargain, then pretty much everything is up for negotiation.

If it's a FIGC ban from Conte being found guilty at trial, I'd expect that to be a ban from football i.e. he could basically have nothing to do with the club for the duration of the ban.

That's just my guess, though.
Then it's to be expected that Conte won't be able to train the team. They'll try to fuck us as hard as they can!

Juve to France! Italian Juve players, to stop playing for the national team. That would be sweat specially with the WC happening in 2 years.
If you seriously believe Juventus can stop the Italian players from participating at the World Cup, I really must laugh.

Juve to France is actually building momentum though, it's awesome. Just casually dropping by and relegating some French team, in this magical fairly world where I shit gold.

How do you know about FIGC's ruling in this case? Is it your opinion or you have a source for that?
I don't know FIGC's ruling. No one does as they have not made a ruling yet. A ruling is what Juventus and Conte's lawyers are trying to avoid. It is not my opinion, I'm just stating the facts as I know them to be right now.

Again, I did an in-depth post about all this a page or two back and won't re-type it all. If you have a moment, look into it. At this point, the defendants, including Conte, put in Plea Bargain proposals that includes a 'ban' that is of their terms, and that of which allows them to train the team. This is not be confused with a 'real official ban' which is defined, obviously differently, by FIGC Rules, which is in compliance with FIFA Ethics Rules.

This 'ban' of 3 months which allows Conte to train the team is part of a plea bargain that is of Conte's terms (and previously assumed to have been agreed to by the prosecutors). This is not an 'official ban' as defined by the FIGC or in any way a part of their definition of the term and sentencing of a Ban. According to FIFA and FIGC's rules the coach or player cannot take part “in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level for a defined period". That is why Juventus and Conte's lawyers want to avoid a trial so as not to be in danger of any length of a ban that excludes him totally from the club in every way.

But we don't know what did he say to prosecutor, right? so i can't jugde, of course Juventus is like red rag for the bull, since they are having opportunity to pierce us they will do it instantly that's why we should be very very careful with everything. IF you want my opinion - if Conte is really not guilty he should fight til' the end for his innocence

just to clarify :

"4 month ban" means :

4 months, no coaching from sideline, not allowed in lockerroom or near players during games, not allowed to hold press conferences, regarding the team
however, handeling day to day training is allowed

fuck that shit and place some replacement on the bench, and have conte texting him

Meh.

I happen to believe Conte is guilty.

So long as his punishment is not completely out of line with other people who are found guilty, I don't see any real grounds for complaint at the moment.

I believe Conte knew what was happening as well but I doubt they'll be fair with him. That's my biggest issue with this case.

first, conte is a current juve's head coach... so de facto or de jure it's juve's problem too
second, so now you suggest conte cheated? while all over the news they said the charge is only for 'failing to report'? seriously, BAN THIS GUY!!!
