Every source out there is saying that if he gets banned he will still be able to train the team, if you have any inside info please share it with us.

Again, people are confusing the plea bargain with the FIGC's ruling. Check-out my prior posts above. When the FIGC bans you from football (not a match or multiple matches, but from football) and footballing activities, you cannot have any function with the team or league for however long that ban is.
