Nobody is even going to remember the 3 month ban come the end of the season, and instead will only be cfocussed on where Juve are in the standings at the time. The CL will itself be a huge distraction for most of the fans to be thinking snout anything else. And if we end up winning the league, or get far in the CL I don't think anybody's image will be tarnished. In ths case too, its simply a matter of lying low and cutting our losses so we can get down to doing our job. It applies to Conte too. Another Serie A title will help him scale some decent heights as Juve coach, rather than waste time worrying he'd be called a cheater for life because that simply isn't true. His projection and personality have been in the limelight in a big way last year, and will be again, in the year ahead, 3 months on the sidelines is not going to be able to overwhelm the opinions he has created as an undefeated title winning coach. Let's just get this over with and move on.

I fail to see how bringing more negative publicity (and we will once again be branded match rigger regardless of what any of you think) as well as not managing us for 1/3 of a season is in 'the best interest' of Juventus.

He'd risk being banned for one year if he was found guilty in court (90% chance since you are guilty till proven innocent in sporting trial)
