If the max penalty is 6 months, there is no way he'd get 3-4 months oon a plea bargain, it would have to be less, like 1 or 2.

some were banned 1 year for omitted denouce , conte and pepe will probably get the same punishment so 4-6 months ban

Thats unwise. If he knows he is clean, why he has to bent over just for the sake of it?. Hire some good lawyers and prove ur points no matter what.
