Can people start appreciating the efforts made by Conte. Yes, he has done some mistakes that much is obvious and as I've stated before I do not agree with many of his decisions. I, like everyone of you, are mad about all the lost points and the poor efforts since christmas. But even if we are losing a great possibility I can never ridicule Conte for his efforts. Considering where we have been the past seasons, its really ignorant to flame Conte for the job he has done. Not many would have been able to accomplish the things we've done so far under his management. I understand that ignorance is a bliss but please be reasonable.
And yes I do agree that Vucinic has been a large disappointment but his flick ons outside opponents box has been wonderful and set up a lot of goals and opportunities. So far we've been able to score more with him on the pitch. I'm not saying doing 3-4 good flick ons every game makes up for everything but if Conte feels he has no other better choice to pick from I trust his judgement. Finally I do understand, and feel the same way like everyone else, that looking at Vucinic is annoying. He reminds me a lot of Berbatov who usually doesn't move his ass either even though both of them have the physique and abilities to take more part of the game they are simply lazy. The difference is that Berbatov assures a goal every game and Vucinic can only ensure that he's able to set up a goal or two each game for someone else to score. Since he himself will finnish every shot straight onto the keeper. Hopefully we can field a replacement next year, but until then I trust Conte. Btw. I'm not saying that one shouldn't criticize Conte but do so with some humidity. Calling him cunt seeing the things he has done, well, that's not fair.
