I'm not saying we should let it pass completely, but we should go about it through different channels than whining about it to the newspapers. There isn't any data suggesting that actually helps.

I don't think these errors have really effected us as many make it out. It would be one thing if this was a weekly occurance, but I don't really think it is. He could just have easily given Gio a PK but he didn't, nor did he to Pirlo. It was pretty fair to be honest. Considering how many chances we had to put the game away yesterday, it really just sounds like excuses to me.

How many PKs have been given AGAINST us their year too? People should look at that before agreeing to all of this.
We have a FANTASTIC defensive record, and that says a lot. It would be a lot worse in situations, like you just mentioned against Udinese, were refs could have very easily given the other team a PK.
Hell, the ref could have allowed the Hamsik PK to stand and we could have had our first loss. People always have to find a reason to make excuses, we should have won yesterday by a goal from the play of game, we didn't need a PK to bring 3 points.

Hust: In the Farsopoli thread you think it's good we have Agnelli who demands equal treatment and speaks out. Now, we have a coach and staff, that finally speaks out about the refs and you complain?
This is also and indirect attack on the calls favouring Milan. If the leaugue continues this way, we end up losing a potential Scudetto because of the calls.
About the game. Another frustrating game, where we create big chances and miss the win, because of the lack of quality up front. Positive thing is, we're still creating pretty big chances.
But I agree on the formation. Licht and Esti should not be our attacking wingers against the small teams (eventhough some people still call's for two strikers against small teams and feared Parma before the game, Jack). In my oppinion, we should definitely play a 4-3-3 with Elia in a game like this or adjust it and play Qtube or Del Piero.

I know you weren't saying that, but it's one thing to publically go out against the (documented) injustice that was Calciopoli, and go out complaining about this stuff.
Also, I agree that we should've had at least one penalty yesterday. I just think we should protest through different channels.

I was just pointing out how he want's the management to speak out concerning Calciopoli, but when we're not being giving some well deserved penalties now, we should just be quiet and play better. What annoys me the most is, that the penalties to Milan and the ones we don't get is in times of the game where we, and Milan, struggle and it basically determine the game.

We have a justified cause to protest and Conte does that for the very first time, so that carries a loud message.
Even if people think a rant like this was called for or that it makes the refs stand up and take notice, while I am completely against this, I'd also like to point out that the rant probably was timed as badly as possible. On a night when we had absolutely no credible claim for one. That was the most important factor IMO. Because replays will clearly show that we are whining about non existent penalties in a game we should've won on our own but couldn't. If this rant had to come, it should've come on another day when these words would've held a little more weight and credibility.
