Again, I'm dying to know why Conte has three attackers on his bench when he's going to use only one of them. Maximum 2 if he's not in the draw mood. Del Piero is not going to play no matter what [Siena, Parma] were nothing but confirming that Conte doesn't want him, then why occupy one seat for nothing?

Conte's biggest problem isn't his formation or starting 11, it's his subs timing and the players he selects in his subs. 2nd half's are always coaches half, you win vital points with your subs and tactics in the 2nd half.

Gutless performance on the pitch, regardless of the numbers of complaints Parma had a much clearer penalty and Giovinco DID not dive. Not only that, but Matri was finding the ball in more dangerous positions, Vicinic is pathetic in his shooting and Conte shouldn't talk this way.
All in all we need a victory against Milan to keep the chances for this title, but if we get into games with such mentality and draw more than 5 times for the rest of the season suddenly we might be out of CL spots.

Faith in his team. That means he believes whoever he throws out can work it out amongst themselfs and its that rocky mentality of keep on going. Its worked out in the past but obviously not. I still think the mans learning, or was learning. What I fear the most is when he reaches a stage where he has way too much faith in the boys, thinking of it that might just be now. Either way conte has shown to be pretty unpredictable, no doubt im sure he would be just that again.

I can easily read Conte's mind and I know his subs before he makes them, he is predictable. Most coaches are predictable anyway with their subs if you follow them closely. Except that the likes of Mourinho, Lippi, Ferguson, Del Bosque etc wouldn't wait so much to make subs when they're drawing to an average team and there's a big chance winning the game.

10 draws to average teams, to some Conte may seem to have balls but to me he lacks them when he doesn't risk and try to play more than two strikers against average teams.

and Giovinco DID not dive.
Maybe.

Still, it takes the slightest touch for Giovinco to fall. 99% of the strikers wouldn't have fallen after that touch (unless they dived on purpose) but Giovinco is too weak and he falls. And it happens everywhere on the pitch with him. Now, do defenders need to use less power when they face Giovinco just because he's small? The kid will fall if the wind is stronger.
That wasn't a penalty and it was a good call.

Unpredictable in starting line up and tactics. Yes his 3-5-2 is a regular occurance but make no mistake not I nor you ever predicted that he man would change the formations from a 4-4-2 (4-2-4) to 4-3-3 and now 3-5-2. Also we cant predict the exact starting line up. Last year that was so predictable, infact with our past 3 coaches its always been predictable. Comparing him with great coaches just cant be done in any form.

Pirlo's was a clear dive. Giacch's I think it could be a penalty, but so could be the one with Giovinco. Such a shame he's blaming the refs at this point. He should just be classy and avoid these themes, because, actually, the only guilty for the draw is him (and the players in general).

Didn't get the last sub either.

It was an unintentional kick, however the question arises here that how much was it to put off pirlo from scoring. However on the other side yes it was a penalty he was in the GK area, then the refs gotta consider the time and I dont care what people say about refs shouldnt consider the time but in most cases its difficult for refs to give a last minute penalty. They play it safe. General rule of thumb: If in doubt, leave it out.

Edit: But if its meelan, then shout it out.

Conte acting like a little bitch! that's right i said it.

I want the conte who didn't give a fuck, and had balls
That's just stupid Billy.

Any other day those chances would have gone in. That would give us at least a 1-0 win considering our defense was rock solid as always. But when nothing goes your way in attack, and then your denied two clear penalties which could have given you the three points, you have every right to complain about the shit refereeing that has been going on this season. It's not even funny anymore, one single penalty? How is that even possible considering how much time we have spent on the oppositions area this season. I don't blame Conte for snapping like that. Fuck acting like we don't give a fuck.

He's acting wayyyy to conservative, what's this 3-5-2 shit? Is he scared to lose a game cause he made some changes? Somethins wrong, we won't make it through a whole season without rotation

I don't get all the anger toward Conte for talking about the not given penalties! it's not like he's been whining about it every single game, surely he's entitled to complain about the biased refereeing against juve for a couple of times a season. and calling him a bitch is just too harsh.
I sure hope he doesn't talk about that anymore and work on other reasons for his teams ineptitude that can be prevented by him.
What i don't get is why has he shunned 4-4-2 (which he was so famous for) altogether!?
sure 4-3-3 was great when it worked but 3-5-2 against parma?!
