Not just against teams that play 3-5-2, but midtable and weak teams that play a different formation. I have no idea why we adept on their style.

It's good to have alternative formation, but we're just using it wrong IMO.

We're more effective with 4-3-3 and we should try to stick to it, so players get used to it. That way we're getting the best out of our players, our fullbacks do have a role then. It scares me the signing of Padoin, I hope we're not trying to settle him down for 3-5-2 on the left for the next season.
