But really, he should have played both Quag and Del Piero. He's thinking too defensively lately and it could always cost you.

Vucinic for Esti? Seriously? Why not keep attacking them and use one of Quag or Dp?

Pepe for De Ceglie? Same.
I think you all need to get over the Del Piero situation its pretty much over. Quag I do not know what the scenario is but it seems he might not be here in January along with krasic

He changed his 4-4-2 to 4-5-1 and now 4-3-3 but he is "so stubborn".

Experts here really needs a coaching job.
When you play your games, two days apart with almost the same line up, you can expect your players to be fading towards the end. If you want to make your subs, you should do it at a time when a) before your tired players become a liability and b) to give your subs enough time to come in, find their rhythmn and make an impact. Conte did neither. He only replaced Pepe when Pepe pulled up a cramp and asked to be replaced. The side could've easily conceded in the final 7-8 minutes. And that for a large part could be down to fatigue. Its no point trying different formations with 2 minutes on the clock coz the team can lose it's shape entirely under pressure. You got to go ahead with your ideas, if you are clear about them. Ose three subs should've been made after Matri's goal.

With this rate, players are going to start getting injured sooner rather than later. When you're tired in such a high tempo match like tonight's one, you need to get your subs much earlier than this. At one point, both Pepe and Vidal looked like they were going to faint.

Conte probably frustrates me the most with this new Juve... I like his tactical changes shows he is willing to adjust but, i am telling you if his subs are going to be like this we can result in losing points... It's pretty simple tired legs can cause us some problems. Fatigue can pretty much factor this Juve to lose out in the last 20 mins of game. Pepe for example called the sidelined to get sub but, a couple minutes after he drop down with a cramp so conte finally changed him...

I was wondering what if we concede around min 85. How are we going to react and attack in the last 5-7min when we have

Storari

Lich - Barzagli - Chiellini - Bonucci - De Ceglie

Pazienza - Pirlo - Marchisio - Esti

Matri

How are you going to react? Why think defensively when it's obvious Fiorentina are levels below us. Actually the only way Fiorentina can score is if we defended the score because when we attacked the first half they did absolutely nothing.

I salut Conte's formation and starting 11, but my problem with him are his subs and timing of his subs. If you're satisfied with the 3points think into details and further matches and read between the fucking lines. If you want to win the title you don't have to always defend your 2-1 or 1-0 score.

Rab, those subs only proved that he didn't learn the lesson from the Genoa match, that's all. Fiorentina is a fuckin' dead team, next time we'll concede the equaliser. Trust me.

Yea I was thinking the same thing Rabbijaan, but I realised, he's still an old school Italian coach at heart. Its just the way he's conditioned. All the talk of balls is theory, its e result that counts in the end, and you just got to hold on to the win no matter what. Sadly, it's brass tacks.

Does putting in an attacking sub guarantee us a goal? Haven't you seen Del Piero hold the ball countless number of times in the last 10 mins trying to hold a lead? Why doesn't he try to attack? When you can't run, you hold and you take your chances defending. They put in three attackers in the end, one counter attack would have killed us. We had better chances trying to protect the lead than extend it.

Common, we are playing 40 matches this year. This players are professional they can take it.
Most of the players will be playing 300 minutes approximately in 7 days. The tempo of our play have drastically increased, so I guess the coach must be thinking about rotating the squad a bit, at least with forwards and wingers where we have great depth.

Who's capable in the team to hold the ball other than Pirlo?

Not what I intended to point out. The point is that always attacking would not guarantee us a goal. In the situation we were today, it was better to have defensive players than out and out offensive players.
