I was hoping someone could answer this for me. Weren't Bonucci and Pepe cleared by the prosecutor from Bari? As in a real legal office because there was no evidence right?

How would Palazzi be able to appeal when a proper legal entity has already cleared them and he deemed Masiello's testimony to be unreliable?
