sucha shit storm from Milan and Roma fans in that thread. smh. amazes me how some Juve fans still hold faith in the "system".
DDR, are you actually being serious? All the stuff you are bringing up has long since been totally debunked. It should be beneath a moderator to troll so openly, even on Bigsoccer. No one has ever presented the slightest evidence suggesting Moggi ever fixed a match. And the evidence that Juventus was the LEAST guilty among the teams, based on actual facts, of supposedly influencing referee designators, is crystal clear from the evidence that Inter conspired to conceal. There are just no grounds for anyone other than a delusional Inter fan, or some typical Italy-hating Brit twit, to maintain that anything about Calciopoli was just. It requires wanton and willful disregard of the facts. You are really diminishing yourself by taking this line. And by taking it on the Juve board, you are recklessly trolling. Pull yourself together man, I know you can't be as much of an idiot as you are acting right now. Same with your comments about Conte doing a plea, it is obvious why he might do so even if he is innocent, particularly when he considers how Juve has been treated by the sporting courts. Even if he pleads, it will not mean he is actually guilty. Sometimes you have to concede a tactical defeat for strategic reasons, and Juventus is fighting a long war against FIGC, so this may not be the hill to die on. The cravens Blanc and Secco surrendered so much ground without a fight, it will take many more years to claw it all back. Same with the stars. Juve needs to focus its fight where it can inflict the most damage. A good CL campaign this year will strengthen the position to make further gains rolling back the farcical events of 2006. And that means having Conte on the bench as much as possible. They can always go back and take up the case later in other courts, and hopefully they will. I'm not sure what the latest update on Moggi going to the European Court of Human Rights is, but the more trials that are held, the more facts that emerge, the more Calciopoli disintegrates and FIGC is discredited. That will continue even if Conte has to cop a plea for now.

Shit... no bargain Conte!!! Fuck this shit! Take the whole corrupt ridden system down ffs. Come on conte is as publicly famous as a person can get these days professionally. Is he the shady character running the scam games? No. Is such a character even arrested in the fucking world history known to man? No. Why all the drama and bother then? Push them to call it a 'bridge to nowhere' case and send some professional bs-ers to dusguise the whole undertable deal as something like nothing. Agnelli have to show teeth and intention if they are going to keep the stronghold over this club and Italy. And they know they won't be better elsewhere - otherwise they would have been elsewhere by now.

i'm waiting for the official decision before I go full retard, but I really hope that he doesn't go for a plea bargain. I'm sick and fucking tired of this already, can't we get a fucking break.

Horrible situation, but I think taking the plea bargain is the right thing for Conte to do, from Juve's point of view, at least.

To take a three month ban (only two months really in the season) is a sensible decision to take in the circumstances.

If there is no faith in the system and it has already been decided that Carobbio's testimony will be trusted, I don't see how Conte can win the case.

That being the case, it's better just to cut one's losses and move on, as hard to swallow as it may be.

For what it's worth, I suspect Conte is probably guilty of the charge of not reporting a fix.

All I can say is that I look forward to all the others that there seems to be evidence against (various Napoli players, for instance) also being charged with the same offence.

I agree Red. It's a shitty situation regardless of what we do. Again, reserving 5% of faith for him being cleared, but it seems that he's going to get a conviction if he pleas for a bargain and if he stands up and tries to fight it. From a emotional detached point of view I agree that we should do everything we can to make his sentence as short as possible, but fuck this hurts. Just as we started actually moving forward as a club and family this hits

I too think that he's guilty of not reporting a fix (or attempted fix, since he did send the alleged "fixers" to the stands).

Fuck, is really what I have to add at this point.

Yeah, your post is really going to set this fire into party mode. You're without significance and cracking horrible jokes that are only outdone in their shittyness by their timing.
