Shouldn't the same be said about that Carrobio guy?!
It's the public prosecutor we need to be worried about, Carrobio gave him the info when he plea bargained now the prosecutor runs with it. Carrobio isn't the one running the case even if his info is their evidence in chief.

Seeing as things are going i would wait as after the trial is over to bring pogba to juve. They will sent him to prison for collaboring with al qaeda and they will accuse jovetic for illegal imigrattion :(

Dude, relax. There is no point of getting worked up yet, there is still weeks to go before Conte faces the judge.

Surprise surprise, just when we started winning.

Seriously why don't they turn Juve to some charity institution and turn our stadium to a park for kids. Italy is even worse than most 3rd world countries, fuckin unbelievable :inter:

What i don't understand

Carobbio has said : "Conte and all siena knew about the fixing of albinoneffe-siena , there was a reunion of everybody in the locker room"

What i don't understand is , why the fuck is Palazzi accusing only conte and his staff and no players of the siena team ?

Palazzi :inter:

Based on his statements :p

Apparently Carrobbio agreed a plea deal where he would tell all. The prosecutor probably thinks that Carrobbio has no reason to lie about it.

The funny thing is that Carrobbio actually accused Conte of fixing matches. He said that Conte told the players to remain calm and have fun on the field because the match is already fixed :howler:

The prosecutor didn't find it credible enough though. If Conte was charged with sporting fraud he'd risk a 3 year ban. Thank God that's not the case.

He was supposedly present in the moment Conte said that? Because if this is true....the whole team should know if he said that or not right?

I think that there conte will probably get nothing , pepe will probably get 3-6 months , pratically what always was thought he would get from the start . Bonucci is the real problem . I think he should start thinking to negotiate , after all everybody involved directly in match-fixing has been punished . If he get's 3 years that could very well be the end of his career . If he negotiates , he might get a year which is not a bad thing considering that when he returns he would be 27 .

Yup, but Conte's lawyers prepared an affidavit from 15-20 Siena players denying Carrobbio's statement.
That should suffice i suppouse?.

But what if the other lawyers try to prove that all players are being part in conte´s "lie"?. Assuming of course that he is lying.

Because if conte is proved guilty, all will be found guilty too i think :p

He is no longer under investigation for fixing the match, or sporting fraud. Just failure to report foul play from his players.

So yeah, the addidavit sufficed.

I'm more worried now that we need to find a new CB. Conte accusation of fixing games is out of question. Only 2 games were they say he knew something dodgy was going on but didn't report it. His assistants got the same too so the rumors of Carrera coaching us for a while are coming out. For Pepe I'm not worried and Bonucci is the one in trouble. I hope he proves he didn't have nothing to do with this. Maybe just knew about it but didn't report it.

If they accuse Conte of knowing about it then why aren't they Siena player accused of something, anything?
