We just simply can not be angry at Conte about any of the "bad" results we had.....We just cant. If we were playing like shit, unable to make more than 4 passes (Del Neri anyone?), 0 shots at goal, 0 chances, then yeah, COnte would be the one to blame. But, it has been the complete opossite....we out-play our opossition, play passing football, and create chances. What the players do with those chances created is not Contes fault and you people know this. Whether 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 4-1-2-1-2, 3-5-2 or i dont know what other formation, Conte was always right and the players were the ones that didnt "repay" Conte for his trust in them......

when people start saying things like "fuck Conte" and start believing that players like elia will solve all our problems you know they've been spoilt and frankly it annoys the shit out of me how despite what we have achieved so far this season, people are still not happy, it is ok to have an opinion on certain matters but to start hurling insults at someone who is performing miracles is simply unacceptable and un called for, if you think it is bad then try the inter forums, i would never in my wildest dreams would have thought we would be where we are now after years of crap

Conte's been tremendous, but probably not flawless. Then again, guess what? There is no such thing as flawless. It's inhuman, and it doesn't happen. Conte has done an exceptional job so far, and I'm in full agreement with you that he doesn't deserve much (if any) criticism with regards to tactics, man management etc.

sorry bezzy but despite asking me to remove your comments on Conte from my sig i will refuse to, it is a reminder of how spoilt we have been this season, not only that but you have said it on many occassions, not just the one off.

Bezzy just promotes Elia, I'm sure she's not against Conte.

Sure that quote isn't taken out of ...conte-xt? :smoke:
if van gaal was remotely interested in the Juve job any time soon, she would be calling for Conte to resign or be sacked regardless of where we are in the league and what we have achieved because he is Dutch and more likely to start Elia. But it doesn't matter if he f*cks everything else up...

Seems to me you're just slagging her off. What you're claiming is hypothetical. She never actually said that, did she?

Van Gaal is much more accomplished than Conte anyways. He'd also bring us Robben and play a much more attractive style. If Conte sticks with the 3-5-2, his time here will be short. We can't keep relying on old man Pirlo to bail us out.

3-5-2 is the best :sergio: look how exposed we were at the back! We need a better right wing back for this formation and I don't think we'll get the best out of our midfield this way. It does rid us of having a lone striker though.

Fuck the 3-5-2. I don't ever want to see Padoin and Boriello start again, or even don a Juventus jersey for that matter. I don't understand why adopt a 3-5-2 formation, when the 4-3-3 was working so well. It's understandable to vary it when there are injuries, or when things aren't going well, but if we deploy 3-5-2, it means two things:

1) Bonucci gets an automatic start
2) One of Vucinic and Pepe, or even both might get sacrificed to start the likes of Giacherrini, Padoin, or DC

I can digest everything you said, but what's wrong with Giacherrini starting? The man has done great job over the past 2 months or so.

Great job? He was anonymous last night, up until the 60'th minute or something. He's been good, but he's also been horrific. I'd say he's been somewhat inconsistent. The problem isn't Giac tho. I don't want us to deploy a 3-5-2, because it implies utilizing certain players in positions they are unfamiliar with, and potentially sending Vucinic (our most creative force), to the bench.

To be fair to Conte, regardless of formations etc, whenever we dont get the 3 points, I don't really recall a time Juve was outplayed. That says something, and our team isn't perfect it has its holes, but I think if we have a goddamn finisher the scenario would be pretty different...
