coaches rarely ask for transfer budget, especially not in italy. they ask for players and staff, not a budget which is useless in its own and doesn't contain wages anyway, which is usually the more important part of a player's total yearly cost. for example cristiano cost 100m in transfer fees on a 4 year contract, that's 25m yearly cost, but with wages included, he was slightly above 90m per year. his wages crippled our budget, not the transfer fee
