JJ is his last opportunity at coaching a big club. If we are serious about him which appears to be the case, I think we'll get it done pretty quickly.

Actually you're right. If Conte resigns, he'll have to pay a compensation to Napoli as he's under contract. In most cases, this gets covered by the incoming club. So JJ will likely have to pay some compensation to get him from Naples immediately.
