I will always be gratefull for the work he did at Juve as a coach and player. That said I am glad he is gone. Allegri is a much better tactician and he is loyal to the club that pays hes wages.
The way I see it Conte at Chelsea could go either way. He is an extremely demanding coach and I am not sure it fits the many egoes at Chelsea. In many ways Conte is similar to Mourinho and he lost the dressingroom eventhough he had a hero status at Chelsea.
OK first good post. Now on to the issue ar hand

now that would be quite something.

Can't wait til he plays his rigid 3-5-2 with those players.
You make it seem like the 3-5-2 has always been his gameplan which is false. He never used it with Siena and he started regularly using it somewhere in the middle of our unbeatable season. Its a formation that grew out of Juve, I dont think he would impose it wherever he goes a la Pep Guardiola.

In the past three and half years, he has almost always used the 3-5-2 whether it's Juventus or the NT. He uses that same formation with Italy, even when its clear to anyone with eyes that it doesnt suit the players at his disposal.
