But in all honesty, I'm loving what I'm seeing here. Last year the players were hanging their heads and puking at the very sight of Delneri. Every player we had looked like this: :depressed

Conte has come in to transform the spirit and mentality of the players, and it seems like he's doing a great job at it.

I think he really knows how to balance praise and criticism. Because, we have seen him lashing out at players too. He's probably like a very strict, but fair, dad. And passionate as fuck, which the players are bound to respect.

I'm not surprised that he has a good tone with Pepe, because Pepe gives 120 % every match.

To be honest there was some good interaction with Delneri early on, particularly with guys like Melo. Then results dictate that things become tenser between the coach and players. I don't think Delneri is a tough guy to play under, just an average coach.
