We are short at LB because our coach/transfer supremo deemed it unnecessary to have another LB and send one (however mediocre) LB away. Our defence can't hold a line. That rests with the coach. His subs were all wrong. There's nothing wrong with criticizing the coach when he does things wrong. But somehow that's frowned upon and it's 'negative nancy'. No one is asking for his head, just voicing their opinion on what he got wrong. Take it one game at a time and deal with everyone, the players and coach, the same way. No one is immune from criticism. Except Del Piero of course
Btw, his putting Del Piero on when there was only 2 mins left on the clock was pure 'I hope for a miracle' substitution.

Conte is in a tough situation really, he either plays with a 4-5-1 formation where the defence is more protected and pirlo is relaxed more in that formation but we'd find it hard to create clear chances.

Or use the 4-4-2 formation and create more yet our shit defence will conceed much more goals that way!!

Hope Conte can do something about it, though its tough.....
