I like hearing that sort of rhetoric from Conte. He needs to kick some asses in this team and show them how its done, especially to the two pussies in midfield, one of them a "bandiera".

Lets see if all this talk comes to fruition on the pitch. I have my doubts.

Same here, One thing that i really don't like about this Juve. Is that our managers + coaches talk talk talk 24/7 with hardly any action or result to back all that talk.

Will that Change with Conte ? Really doubt it.....

Really? With him at the helm we finished where? Why can't we judge Marotta now? Marotta had more experience than Secco had in the role but Secco did arguably a better job than him based on results. Our best player this season was a Secco acquisition. I'm in no way supporting Secco here (I've done that before :p) but based on what we have in front of us, I see no reason why Marotta should be immune from criticism. Secco was criticized even when we ended 3rd and 2nd. So whoever blames Marotta has every right to do so, we finished 7th. No one is immune.
If we are going to compare Marotta with Secco then it would only be wise to compare their first seasons at the club and how they went about rebuilding.

Both signed a load of players but at least Marotta signed players which have been used regularly and have a future at the club such as Krasic, Bonucci, Quag, Matri and maybe to a lesser extent Aquilani.

Ranieri didn't even play half the signings Secco made such as Almiron, Tiago, Criscito, Andrade (because of injury) and we only did well that year because of our Champions.

You do remember the hell he went through during his last tenure here, don't you?

Don't get me wrong, he was one of only a handful of coaches I would have wanted to see come to Juve, and the only one who is Italian.
He is not even a serie a coach for starters.
He has zero exp with stars, not even DNs exp with stars, no one will ever taking him seriously, because he is a serie B coach.
Not even CR and DN were taken seriously and they were coaches with exp and new how to handle players.

This will be Contes greatest disadvantage and he doesnt have anything to compensate, on the technical department, he is extremely limited and unexperienced.
And as we have proven time and time again, we dont have the luxury of times, or experiments, we really have had enough of them.
We are now a middtable team, moving to the bottom steadily year in year out, from CL to EL and now no EL, next years close to relegation zone, etc

We cannot afford any more decline, we need to draw a line and start massively improvements, the last time we need is more experiments and destabilization and Conte is the very definition of just that...

It doesnt matter had Conte did as our captain, not even Neddy or DP managed to help us to manage our selves out of crisis.
We need a respected coach, someone who actually knows how to build a successful team, at the highest level.
Experiments can easily be discredited in the first wrong step, no matter how good Conte will cope (and its highy unlikely due to lack of technical knowledge and faulty material and built in mentality) a bad result will come and the team will lose faith to our goal immediately as it happened with CR, Ferrara and DN...
they were no ones and Conte is an even less noone in serie A...

Similar to goal com article, he seems so arrogant and shows how egoist he is.
He knows he will fail and he knows that he will ruin us and his name, but he is willing to risk everything in order have a wild chance for personal glory.
In order to make the big step as a serie A coach, even for mediocre teams, or relegation battlers.

So much lack of respect for Juve disgusts me. He says that he has brought results and he will demand results and wont tolerate defeats.
With such an extreme stance, it is certain that he just plays the talk and hype of the moment, he tries to fool the Italian masses and abuse his name and the trust we once had to him.
Unlike Ferrara, i will really not feel sorry for him when he falls down, that arrogance and lack of respect is so unlike what Conte used to be...

A true Juventino would decline the seat now and indicate a proper coach like Carlo for the spot, at this very critical moment.
But not a selfish adventurer...

Thank you for a classic psycho neurotic Cronios post, it has been a while, you had been making too much sense lately, so I was fearing the military turned your permanent frown upwards.

I am really amazed by the way some people can truly reveal a person's whole character by reading a mere article in a newspaper? Such talent must not be wasted....
But if you don't leap to a premature conclusion you are a pussy who is scared to have an opinion.
