Damn it so Conte considers 343 which is almost a 433 we used two years ago. I don't want to get excited too much to end up being disappointed but it's just so

We definitely need to plan for a post-Pirlo Juve. It seems like Conte just started to think about it but I ask why so late? Pirlo is fantastic and still WC but without him 352 is completely flat and unproductive. We have no player to replace him properly either. Considering our financial situation I can't see us landing Verratti/Modric etc and I hope we pass on Xabi Alonso. Pogba will take Pirlo's position with time imo but he'll play it differently. That's why we need to move one player higher up the pitch to make it up for a less creative midfield - one without Pirlo.
Most teams play without regista anyway. Those kind of players are so rare but do we need one? We have a WC B2B in Vidal who can do it all, Pogba who's getting better and better while being so young and Marchisio who was off form lately but he's similar in some ways to Vidal. He's not so good of course but his best matches he played for us were when we used 4-3-3 imo.

Im glad people are opening their eye's, i was literally crying on this forum for a long time to ditch the 3-5-2. We seen it's limitations against Bayern wing play just dominated us and 95% of teams in Europe use wide play. It is also very negative look at Inter and Copehagen, it is defence favoured and when you are clearly the better team and want the win that extra defender will do nothing for u. Even if he does not go to a 4-3-3 i will happily approve of a 3-4-3 at least he is changing things and not being stubborn with the 3-5-2.
