Was quite the surprise when he switched to LB. His strength certainly helped keep Candreva at bay but it was his pace that really shocked me. He even had a couple of great runs forward taking two or three players at one time.

Still, I want to see him get that starting spot that Bonucci idiotically have reserved.

I really liked him today.

He didn't make many mistakes and was quite solid defensively. He also made a couple of good forward runs where he went down on the left side but was ignored.

No comments on how he played today? I thought he did well
He was very good and we can all see the importance of good back up players. Last year while Chiellini was injured we conceded 4-5 goals on that left side, Peluso was at fault on 2 occasions vs Samp, Cacares vs Parma and there were few others iirc...

Good game but think he may have been able to avoid Chievo's goal if he went for the guy running into the box instead of going out for the player on the wing who already had a Bonucci going for him.

Exactly, Bonucci helped him convering the man in the side Ogbonna is supposed to take care of, but then Ogbonna didn't run into the box and that left us with only Cáceres there

Licht only needed not to blast the ball into Caceres' ass, how's that Ogbonna's fault?

We could have avoided the whole situation of having to make a clearance if he had dealt with it a bit better. If Pellisier had taken a better touch it may not have required an own goal for Chievo to score.

I agree that in the end if Licht makes a better clearance Chievo don't score, but we could have handled the whole situation better to avoid the ball getting to Chievo in a dangerous position in the box.
