I don't remember seeing much of Ogbonna this past season but I don't know why people seem to think he is any better than we already have at the fullback position. I guess we cannot argue with the price. He is a good depth signing for sure.

I don't know why the fullback position is even being mentioned with regards to Ogbonna.

There's no need to muck about with positions.

Chiellini is very good at left-back, so he's the one I'd expect to shift there if Juve move to a back four.

RVP, Dzeko, Aguero..
Ok. To be honest, we never had a chance on signing those guys. We had two seasons of being 7th place in Serie A and the future didn't really looked that bright to us. How can we laugh about the idea of Higuaín going to Liverpool or Arsenal when we believed that we were going to sign those guys. Maybe except for RvP we never had a chance of signing the others.

Pedulla: Torino want a good left back and would accept Paolo De Ceglie + cash for Ogbonna. But De Ceglie wants to stay at Juventus. Juve have offered Ziegler as well, but Torino aren't interested in him. This has led to a slowing down in negotiations, but it will end soon.

Surely that should be:

Torino want a good left back but would accept Paolo De Ceglie...

Juventus and Torino have everything defined. The deal should be closed soon. 8M + half of De Ceglie.
