Valued between €12-13m
Torino and Juve aren't solely discussing cash, but players to exchange to make the deal
These players are Marrone, Gabbiadini or Immobile
Approaching agreement

I haven't seen much of Ogbonna, but I already like this knowing that we're not going to buy that frog Ranocchia.

a striker should be our number one priority. Why pay 10M+ on back-up CB and not spend it on Higuaín?

I do like Ogbonna but we should focus on the players that improve our starting 11 and make us a force in Europe not bench players.

I'll repeat, Higuaín pls DDTS

I would like to think, I would hope...that we've accounted for these types of purchases and have money allocated to sign a top forward like Higuain or Jovetic.

But...probably not. :D

If we don't sign either, we'll hear Marotta say - we have paramters.

Would be a very good move for Juve to get Ogbonna, and all the better if they can do it by trading players rather than giving up too much cash.

Juve really need one very good back-up centre-half who is capable of playing in Bonucci's role, because it's very apparent that Marrone isn't up to it.

Yup. It seems Ogbonna can cover all three of our CBs and do so at a high level. And being left-footed also gives him the ability to play as a LB in very dire circumstances.

Plus he's young and can succeed any of our current CBs in a heartbeat. It's a no-brainer signing IMO. I don't understand how people see us playing with 3 CBs in the starting lineup yet we're devoid of even a single true CB backup and yet they think it's not an important signing. We're lucky Bonucci and Barzagli were ironmen these past couple years. We saw the scramble we were put into when just Chiellini went down.

A deal has not been done, this is still quite early, but I think management are spinning plates as they have done each summer since taking over. Though I also wouldn't be happy if they completed this before settling a deal for a forward.

Chiellini's fitness problems probably play a big factor in this, I don't think the club wants to put him onto the pitch while he isn't comfortable.
