...acceptable battery (both charging and endurance) is my only long term concern,...
charging is slow af compared to the oneplus but unless i use android auto wireless which drains battery like a mofo, i'm consistently getting 7-8 hours of screen on time. a proper 2 day phone if i plug in the cable while driving. this is promising, let's see how it keeps up on the longer run. hoping to keep the phone for 3-4 years :xfingers:

Does anyone own Sony Xperia?
Unfortunately, Sony has stopped supporting and selling their phones in the Middle East and they are no longer available here.

So androids still suck on social media? I need a good camera for my business pages on Instagram and Facebook.

Have had a Samsung s21 Ultra for a few years and the camera absolutely sucks.

Considering changing to iPhone for the first time ever.

I use the s23 ultra, but looking at the s21 ultra's specs, it still has a great camera. You just need to use the right settings before uploading and make sure the settings on social media apps are set to high quality when uploading.

I am not an apple fan... I have an iPhone as my work cellphone and I hate it :(
It's the same as it's always been: Buy whatever your friends have :baus:
My honest view on smartphones is buy a phone based on your taste and preference not others. I personality pick Sony phones over other brands but two main problems first they don't buy their phone in the middle east and second, they've lost the phone market to other brands, I even forgot that Sony makes phones due to extremely poor marketing. I see a Samsung Galaxy in the hands of everyone I deal with, which makes me avoid buying Samsung phones. But on the other hand, Samsung provides decent service for their phones for a long period of time, plus quality battery life and camera. Xiaomi is not bad choice if you go for their flagship phones, cheap and affordable option to other brands.
In the end, you will buy one of these four phones: 1 - iPhone 16 Pro Max 2-OnePlus 13 3- Galaxy S25 Ultra 4-Google Pixel 9 This is because of their marketing and the market monopoly for their products.

I don't like Samsung, as they are overpriced for what they offer. Same for Google... I guess the best of the bunch is the OnePlus phones as I had a prevoius positive experience with OnePlus 6, which lasted 7 years of intensive use.
