The club had several opportunities to sack him, like right after the loss against Porto. Or in the begging of April when lost our chances to win the Scudetto, Pirlo should have been fired to secure a CL spot.

Now we're dead, I can't see a solution for this, there are 3 games left and we need to win the three of them to have a chance for a CL spot, but one of the games is against Inter, and there's no way in hell we can beat Inter, so we're dead, it's pathetic how these two morons of Agnelli and Pirlo took us to this situation.

Lol, so complex the players wont have time to learn it before they move on or retire? When the average iq of the squad is 82, it would be smart to keep it simple. But its clear the whole team dont know what the fuck they are supposed to do, and we get the results to mirror that. When the team spends the whole game therorising how to play football and what to do, this is what we get. Makes total sense now.
Have you not seen the growth of Chiellini and Buffon playing possession football and continuing to pass out under pressure?
It is never too late to continue developing your game to allow the team to play a brand of modern football.

Ferrara's gigs after Juventus:
2010-12 Azzurini (qualified for the UEFA 2013 U21 tourno)
2012 Sampdoria (sacked after 15 games)
2016 Wuhan Zall (sacked after 16 games)
2017-20 Juve Stabia, assistant manager

With how things are going for him, Pirlo is likely to not get even those offers
If he was at any other club he would have been sacked but Agnelli is more worried about the superleague

Not sacking Pirlo could turn out to be good thing especially if we don't make CHL. We would hire a new coach in the end of season, and this season will be year zero. If we don't make CHL all washed up players will leave. Bonucci, Ronaldo, Ramsey, Rabiot even Dybala who are in high salaries. We have some young good players we can build around, De Light, Demiral, Bentancur, Chiesa, Kulusevski, McDonald* and we could keep some veterans Alex Sandro, Cuadrado, Tek who are not burden (not high salaries)

It will take another three four years to build the team and we will be deep financial mess

which is not a bad thing but we need a competent coach
What do you mean? It’s a disaster. A few years back we were playing CL finals and were contenders every year. We were progressing pretty nicely. Then the issues started to pop up, we never fixed them and made some bad fucking decisions along the way.

Going back to 2011/2012 it’s not only bad it’s a damn disaster given where we were.

Unfortunately every winning cycle has to come to an end and arrogant management is primarily responsible for the mess it is time we have people with a new vision

We already need a financial injection, which is likely to come according to the rumors. With no CL we’ll lose another 60-80m

I get his point tho. Without the CL money, less chance this board will glue everything together. We’d be in the need to sell some players, and hopefully the obvious ones.

Not saying I don’t want us to reach the CL btw.

The problem with this club is that it always takes forever to act accordingly when it matters. They wait and let every solid/rational option fade away, as if this club is run by a bunch of selfish individuals who have conflicts of interest between them.

First, sacking Allegri and building suspense, only to fucking hire Sarri. Taking forever to sack Sarri and replacing him with a rookie coach instead of admitting fault and bringing back the only competent charismatic coach we’ve had in years. Taking forever to sign the right players for your project, instead they end up signing washed up freebies with high wages, etc.

It seems as if all of this horrendous management is born of purely impulsive actions of a few individuals who would put their personal pride ahead of the club’s best interests. It’s mind blowing how we’re slowly turning into an unambitious organization that only cares about profits and their brand image.
