This team doesnt deserve to play CL next season. We have a lot of divas, that think they are better than they actually are, lack work ethic, determination and character. Pirlo or no Pirlo, we have quite a few players that dont deserve staying past summer. Decline is real now and Im afraid we still havent hit the rock bottom.

So...bad coach or out of touch players?

Pirlo the coach is no where near world class, but there isn’t much he can do when your best striker wont pass and the other one seems have lost form as the season has progressed.

No, i’m not saying Pirlo isn’t to blame but the idiocy by some of the players isn’t helping either.

Looks like we won't.

If we appoint a competent coach now, this can be rock bottom. If not, we are in for more problems.

The thing is, the only one who can influence the players is the coach. He needs to motivate them, play them in positions that fits them, punish them if they don't listen. If players look lost and absolutely shit it measn that coach has no influence over them or, even worse, he has bad influence. In both cases the coach needs to go.

But this doesn't apply to Pirlo since he's not actually a coach anyway.

I hate to see us having 4 coaches in 4 years but it has to happen. I wish we could give him more time but there is literally no proof that Pirlo can get the job done.

I hope Pep wins the treble with City and decides to leave.

Our whole team should sit and watch Bayern play.

Our management should watch how Bayern moves during transfers.

Our coach should watch Bayern to see how they play.

We look totally clueless in all fields.
Before the game today TV showed highlights from Bayern game against Mainz from January. They were losing 0-2 at home after the HT. They won 5-2, scoring 3 goals in like first 15 minutes of the second half.

I watched that and felt such jelousy.

players are not good, but this is on pirlo.

rabiot was a starter in ligue 1 winning psg.

bentancur was starter in serie a wiining juve

arthur was starter in la liga winning barca.

yet these 3 can't string 3 forward passes together here. even matuidi could pass the ball forward.

whats the common factor? pirlo. this is on pirlo first.

there is no stucture or identity to team

We are at serious risk of not qualifying for the CL next season. He needs to go immediately or disaster is looming.
But who do we hire? I don't think Allegri would takeover mid-season without the time or a transfer market to turn this team around.
Then again, surely he can't be any worse than Pirlo atm

Why hire such a club legend when he has no experience thinking that the fans will be happy.
Making these comparisons with Zidane when Zidane had 3 years experinece as u21 and assistant. Pirlo had 10 days.
Experience aside Pirlo hasn't got it period. He can stay here for 100 years and still not accomplish jack. He is not zidane will never be at same ballpark as zidane.

I wish we had that mentality. But Germans are quite special when it comes to that. I believe we could learn a bunch.

And that is something to admire what you pointed out. EVEN IF we were leading 3-2 after that setback we'd defend it and sit back. But sure, imagine this club getting back in the game after 2-0 lol.

He's complicated the fuck out of our football, first we to 3 then we go to 4, we pass in X situation. If in doubt, pass it back but always make sure you keep passing it and wriggle your way out of the box. He's fucking turned our team into a netball team. We're scared to dribble, we have to be in a certain spot before receiving the ball and so on.

Old Juve, few years ago pulled it off, actually against Bayern of all teams. But you never really want to get into this situation and Juve of old, rarely was. I prefer 2-0, in a controlled game. We dont need to envy Bayern, we just need to get our mentality back.

Pirlo has no clue what he is doing and is never going to be a good coach. He doesn't understand the basics and makes the most bizarre decison's imaginable..
Disagree. It takes experience sometimes to find your groove. It also takes players. Even the best coaches will under perform with a garbage midfield. That being said: Pirlo is very inexperienced and clearly would benefit from being someone’s assistant and working with the under 23s. Becoming a good coach takes time: look at Gasparini.

Yeah they totally called us out on the Ronaldo transfer given his age. They were proven right. The one key difference though is Bayern has a lot more success buying from the weaker teams in the league. For Juventus we will get quotes prices of like €60M for prime Candreva.
