I find this statement to be silly IMO. Of course he isn’t going to resign. That’s what losers do. No, he will fight through it because that’s what anybody with ambition would do. So folks need to stop whining about this.
By your logic, Lippi would have been a loser when he resigned in 1999 after he took the responsibility for the team not playing good?

Lippi felt the highs but never the lows of 99, and couldn't probably explain reason why his team was on the demise. Also he knew this team like no other which is why he gave up as early as Feb that year. It's Pirlo's first season, if he gives up now, his careers wrecked so he will fight till the end but I also think it's the repeated claims of confidence from the management that has kept him going till now. Agnelli is massively influential on him, it's obviously the reason why he took and accepted the job. Which is why he won't budge until Agnelli says so.

Conflicting sentences: '...couldn't probably explain reason why his team was on the demise. Also he knew this team like no other...'

Thanks for calling it out, I should have explained it better. He spent enough time with them to know them individually and personally, their qualities and strengths and weaknesses, but collectively couldn't explain what was going wrong in that season.

Bro stop with the "do not blame him".
The hack should have quit if the cared.
He cares about money. He doesn't care about the future of the club.

He has a huge parte of the blame along with the bozos that hired him.

Don't make it sound that he is held in charge of the team against his will, cause that obviously isn't the case.

That's not how a club legend should act.
That's how a mercenary acts.

You need more than a thesis or a footballing philosophy to be a successful coach. Otherwise the likes of Zeman and Bielsa would be world renowned coaches by now.

Based on his work at Juve alone, you can tell that he's going to have a hard time being successful elsewhere. Zero intensity, zero personality, nonchalant attitude, confused tactics. The last part can be worked on but not his inherent nature. I think he's atrocious at man management too.
I agree about the current Pirlo but he will change as he is very young. The question is if the change is sufficient

Report: Pirlo will be sacked after the season (FI)

I dont think we need a report for this as its pretty obvious.. The question is now or later and we obviously chose for the later.
Reports say Allegri is already signed deal but some funny report said Allegri might say no if there is no CL (yeah right..)

I consider myself as a diehard Juventus fan but Im not sure I`d step down should I have been in his place.
If you believe in yourself even when you are failing it means you want to improve and it kind of convince yourself you can do better.
The thing is he can definitely do better and he will but Juventus is not the place for building your coaching ideas. You should come to Juventus after already having it all set and ready and this specifically is not his fault.
Agnelli made a super wrong choice in hiring Pirlo, now its on Agnelli to fire him.

Im not mad at Pirlo for trying and wanting just like I wasnt mad at Ferrara. I did want both to be sacked but it doesnt mean I blame them.

Its like Google choosing to take some person who has no experience whatsoever to a CEO job.

It'd be Agnelli who doesnt want to sack him to avoid paying his contract out. You are expecting a higher standard of sacrifice from the individual who is likely spending his last days in football management ever, than from the billionaire owner of the club.

Nope. I expect a "legend" to show some dignity and recognize the mess his created and exit the club with his head held high.

Not exit through the backdoor with his pockets full of money, while he preaches his love for the club.

So are you expecting Agnelli to step down for hiring Pirlo and for the hilarious incompetence behind the super league rollout or no?

No, because under him we did win 9 Seria 4 coppa, some supercoppa and reach the cl final 2 times so there is always the chance we end up worse than him. (like the Blanc guy).

I do. He among others is responsible for making us a top team again, for that I'll always be grateful, but the nosedive that has been coming for years is also up to him by trusting fools like Nedved and Paratici...And by hiring a complete rookie in Pirlo.
