He does not have the control over the team anymore. Part of the team is organizing parties, the other part just doesn`t give a damn about anything. They don`t follow his instructions anymore (maybe they do but who cares). He can wipe his ass off with his so-called thesis. He is soooo gone in the summer. It`s obvious.
I just hope we relay on the individual quality that`s left and catch the last spot for CL, otherwise we are fucked for the next 3-4 years.

Ever wondered why we lose so many goals early in halves? Could it be because he has absolutely no motivational skills whatsoever and is more likely to send them to sleep than on the pitch fired up?
Why do we concede so many goals from individual mistakes? Because we have absolutely no plan, organisation or shape. The majority of footballers are idiots, they need a clear plan and options to pass the ball to. If you take away the plan, have a system without options, give them too much freedom and encourage them to make passes in dangerous areas you will get mistakes. There is a reason well drilled teams like Conte's don't have these mistakes.

I was in the give him a chance camp but he’s dead to me now. Should be sacked for a whole plethora of reasons, from the moronic Bernardski experiment to the lack of consistency between player punishments and of course ending with horrid results. Guy clearly has no idea what he’s doing, so be gone please.
Thing is it has been obvious for months this isn't going to work. We should have drawn a line, avoided further damage and made the decision a while ago.
Since our second game of the season teams have ran straight down the middle of us completely unopposed. He has had 6 months to find some sort of solution but he can't and won't because he doesn't know how to.

Our players giving away the ball in dangerous situations is not a one-off mistake, it's a pattern throughout our season. Pirlo insists on always playing the short pass at all times, but we don't see the required off the ball movement, so players constantly end up taking risks in little reward scenarios. It's coaches job to drill the off the ball movements so our players don't have to constantly dance in our own half.
