Looks like Arrivabene is our new CEO. Wonder what his responsibilities will be as he doesnt look like he knows anything about football. (that’s a joke but not really)

What do CEO’s actually do?
it probably varies but I assume if arrivabene gets the job he’s not gonna have the same responsibilities as Marotta did.

looks like he won’t be involved in the technical area. Going off his background, probably marketing.

since there's no general juve news thread, i'll put this here:

albanese wrote an article for gds on the current coach situation. brief summary:
- there are 3 coaches on the club's payroll which is unprecedented
- allegri will earn 7m + bonuses
- sarri has a clause: club can terminate his contract for 2.5m to avoid automatic renewal for an other year, and that clause is valid until tomorrow. there are 2 options: trigger the clause and cut ties with maurice for good, or let the automatic renewal become effective, and hope for sarri to terminate his contract himself if he wants to leave for an other club. microsecondi decisivi @Bianconero_Aus
- pirlo still has a 1.8m contract for next season. sassuolo looks like a possible destination for him, and he'd probably take his staff (baronio, gagliardi) with him too. a foreign experience can't be excluded either.
- tudor might return to coaching, verona is named as a possible destination
- martusciello declined to join napoli and spalletti's staff as an assistant coach, and he'll probably follow sarri

Apparently Sarri is in talks with Lazio after a deal with AVB broke down. Let's hope Lotito takes him soon enough.
